Hi I'm Beth, founder of Roame.
In 2019, I started practising classical Pilates, and looking back, my posture was poor, I suffered from constant lower back pain, and I had little awareness of how to take care of my body in day-to-day life. I know it might sound like a cliché, but Pilates truly transformed everything for me.
I discovered a new way of moving - one that is efficient, mindful, and sustainable. Unlike other forms of exercise that I found either stressful or unsafe, Pilates gave me a deeper understanding of how to carry myself throughout my day. Whether sitting, standing, walking, running, or simply breathing, it became a way of life.
As my own journey with injury and body pain deepened, I made it my mission to help others on a similar path. That’s when Roame was born - a space dedicated to anyone experiencing pain or on a long journey back to body health. Pilates, at its core, started as rehabilitation, and that foundation remains the heart of my teaching approach.
Whether through injury recovery, chronic conditions or simply seeking better body awareness, Roame offers that path for you.

Roame is an online platform, teaching classical pilates for any body looking for a healthier, happier body.

Pilates, originally called 'Controlology' and created by Joseph Pilates - is a sequence of exercises that seek to work all movements of the spine, whilst also developing strength, flexibility, breathing and endurance through the whole body. Pilates has many forms nowadays, Roame teaches from the classical repertoire as it's evolved through the years. Creating a powerhouse of strength around the spine.

Through Squarespace payments, which is powered by Stripe’s Global Platform and it supports a range of payment methods, including major credit and debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX etc. are accepted for subscriptions. For anything else Apple Pay, and alternative payment methods like Afterpay/Clearpay and Klarna are available.

You may cancel anytime. Cancelling in your current billing cycle allows you to still have access to the member’s area before your renewal date.

For some livestreams and library classes you won't need anything but your pilates mat. Others you may need the following; a pilates ball, a small towel, a yoga strap (or dressing gown cord), a pilates ring (if you have one!)

Bookings close 1 hour before the class starts. You may book up to 30 days ahead of time.
